It will help clean out your insides and also give you the protein your body needs. Now, if you are not a weight lifter then you can just take out the tuna fish ingredient and stick with raisins in oatmeal. That is still very nutritious and it will give you the essential minerals that your body needs to survive.

For example, you can create a banana milkshake by gathering a few bananas, about 25 ice cubes, 2 cups of skim milk and a packet of Stevia sweetener. Put all of these ingredients in a blender and mix them until you get a thick liquid in the container. This will be a very healthy drink that will give you loads of potassium from the banana ingredient and protein from the milk ingredient. The ice and the sweetener help it taste better without hurting your nutrition.
